Domain registrations are active and renewed yearly until a domain cancellation or transfer request is completed. There are no refunds upon successful transfer or cancellation. If the domain registration is cancelled, the yearly domain renewal service fee is also cancelled. If the domain is transfered to another individual or business at the same or different registrar the yearly registration and management service fee will be cancelled.
Web Hosting Services are active on a per month basis and upon cancellation the remaining service terms will not be prorated or refunded. Upon service cancellation Web Hosting Services will be suspended immediately and 30 day service reactivation grace period will be available. After the 30 day service grace period expires the website will be removed from the server and cannot be reinstated.
